Role and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the project team to provide construction updates to customers
- Prepare demand notes and send them to customers, follow up on payments
- Coordinate with customers and banks for loan, TPA, PTM, and NOC related matters
- Follow up with customers for completion of all documentation formalities after sales
- Manage and ensure after-sales activities, providing complete customer support until handover of Villa possession
- Maintain collection reports, MIS, and other relevant reports
- Reconcile customer accounts with the accounts department
- Coordinate with an advocate for agreements registration and ensure accuracy and completeness of all required documents
- Coordinate with customers for signing of maintenance and club agreements
- Coordinate with brokers and accounts department for payment of brokerage as per company rules
- Printing of various agreements, letters, and documents related to possession
- Process cancellation and refund payments as per company policies
- Obtain APF approvals from banks and financial institutions
- Follow up with banks for loan disbursement and installment as per demand raised
- Excellent communication, presentation, and retention skills
- Sales and marketing expertise with a positive attitude and ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and systems
- A natural ability to establish instant rapport with clients
- Youthful, dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented, and a self-starter
- Must have a valid two-wheeler license
- Willingness to work on weekends
