ROLE
Field Sales – Business Development Executive (B2C / B2B2C)
COMPENSATION
Up to ₹4 LPA (fixed + 100 % UNCAPPED incentives)
Travel,mobile,food, accomodation reimbursements extra
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Prospect colleges, coaching centres & student communities
* Run demos, events and micro-seminars to drive subscriptions
* Own the full cycle: prospect → pitch → close → nurture
* Keep daily CRM / MIS updated and beat weekly revenue targets
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
✓ 0–3 yrs in field / inside sales (freshers welcome)
✓ Heavy travellers attitude with street smartness needed
✓ Expert in story telling and interacting in public
✓ Strong communication in English, Hindi & local language
✓ Two-wheeler or readiness to travel across the city daily
✓ Science background preferred (B.Sc, B.Tech, Diploma, etc.)
