Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur for a Business Development Manager. The role involves managing and growing business relationships, acquiring and retaining clients, and driving sales to meet organizational goals. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, collaborate with teams, and create strategies to achieve sales targets. They will also analyze market trends, prepare reports, and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to support business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, market analysis, and customer needs assessment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning
- Capability to work under pressure and achieve targets within deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Previous work experience in the insurance or financial sector is a plus
