This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Digital Sales Manager
located in Jodhpur. The Digital Sales Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth. Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, implementing effective digital marketing strategies, and meeting sales targets.
● Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, networking, and
cold outreach.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand New clients' goals, challenges, and digital marketing requirements.
● Proposal Development and Presentation:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches that showcase the value
proposition of our website, design, shoot & digital marketing services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., portal, creative, social) to develop audit and pitch work
● Contract Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize revenue and profitability while
maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
- Close sales and secure new business opportunities, ensuring smooth on-boarding/briefing to the account management teams.
- Final meeting/call of any deal closure will be with the Business head (Online / Offline)
- Daily reporting to the Business Head
● Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Leverage market intelligence to refine sales strategies, target key accounts, and position our services
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Website, Social Media is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Previous experience in the digital agency or marketing sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Must have own vehicle and laptop
- Ready to travel across Rajasthan
Remuneration (Annual CTC) - Rs. 5 lacs + Attractive Incentives & Perks
