A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) executive's job is to build and maintain relationships with customers, and to ensure that their needs are met:

- **Customer interactions**: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and orders. Respond promptly and efficiently, and use active listening to understand the customer's needs.
- **Customer data**: Analyze customer data to identify patterns and insights. Use this information to improve customer experience and develop strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other departments to improve the customer experience. This could include marketing, sales, logistics, and product development.
- **Customer satisfaction**: Focus on customer satisfaction and provide timely solutions.
- **Customer base**: Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- **Communication**: Have good interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with complaints.
- **Training**: Take part in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position.
- **Company policies**: Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

CRM executives may work with multiple clients at once, and the work can be hectic during peak times. They may also need to work weekends and evenings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
