Required a female CRM Merchandiser for a Jewellery firm in Jaipur.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and refine multi-channel CRM strategies and programs to attract and retain customers
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities and challenges, and to segment and target customers effectively
- Create and manage customer loyalty programs, rewards, promotions, and campaigns
- Monitor and measure the performance and impact of CRM initiatives and report on key metrics
- Design, plan, and implement visual merchandising displays and layouts for the jewellery store and online platforms
- Ensure that the visual merchandising standards are consistent with the brand identity and guidelines
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to showcase the jewellery collections and features
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the jewellery industry

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a CRM Manager or Visual Merchandiser in the jewellery industry
- A strong portfolio of visual merchandising projects using CorelDRAW or other software
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- A keen eye for aesthetics, details, and customer preferences
- Ability to work creatively and strategically in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Marketing, Design, Business Administration or related field is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
