**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CRM Management & Strategy**:

- Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with customer preferences, behaviors, and purchase history.
- Develop strategies for customer segmentation to improve targeting of promotional campaigns.
- Implement and track CRM-driven initiatives aimed at increasing customer retention and lifetime value.
- **Merchandising & Product Optimization**:

- Work with the merchandising team to ensure that the product mix in the CRM aligns with current trends, customer preferences, and sales data.
- Analyze sales and inventory data to recommend adjustments to product offerings and pricing strategies.
- **Excel Reporting & Data Analysis**:

- Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) to manipulate and analyze data for actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards and visual reports to present key metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
Good communications skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
