- Linenwalas_ is seeking a passionate and results-driven **Assistant Production Merchandiser **from home têxtile industryto join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving the success of our online sales channels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Visual Merchandising**: Strategize and execute compelling product presentations for online storefronts, ensuring optimal arrangement, descriptions, and imagery to maximize customer engagement and sales.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment. Address supply chain gaps proactively to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- **Sales Optimization**: Track online sales performance and recommend adjustments to pricing, promotions, or product placements to boost revenue.
- **Supplier Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Negotiate favorable terms, including cost reductions, payment flexibility, and delivery timelines.
- **Cross-functional Coordination**: Partner with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to keep our offerings competitive and innovative.
- **Assistance to Senior Merchandiser**: Support in buying decisions, vendor negotiations, and analyzing sales reports to inform future strategies.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field (preferably from NIFT).
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in merchandising, preferably within an online sales or e-commerce home têxtile company.
- **Knowledge**: ERP Implementation, Shopify
- **Skills**:Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and e-commerce platforms.

Creative mindset with an eye for appealing product presentation.
- **Key Attributes**: A proactive, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and is passionate about delivering excellent results.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
