**Role Description**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Merchandiser and CRM to join our team at House of Armuse. The primary responsibility of this role is to act as a process coordinator, ensuring seamless communication and timely production updates to sales coordinators. This position bridges the gap between production and sales, ensuring operational efficiency and transparency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Production Updates**:

- Monitor production schedules and timelines.
- Provide accurate and timely updates to sales coordinators.

**2. Coordination**:

- Serve as the point of contact between the production and sales teams.
- Ensure clear and effective communication to maintain workflow continuity.

**3. Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of production statuses and updates.
- Prepare and share reports with relevant stakeholders.

**4. Process Management**:

- Identify potential delays or challenges in production and communicate proactively.
- Assist in streamlining processes for improved efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Prior experience in production coordination, merchandising, or CRM roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
