**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques, and seek design inspiration.
- Analyze competitors’ products, pricing, and strategies.
- **Merchandising Strategy**:

- Develop seasonal merchandising plans in line with the company’s brand and sales objectives.
- Plan and implement product assortments, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without overstocking.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions on product orders and stock levels.
- **Vendor Relations**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with vendors to secure the best deals.
- **Visual Merchandising**:

- Oversee the visual merchandising team to ensure in-store displays align with the brand’s aesthetic.
- Develop guidelines for store layouts and product placement to maximize sales.
- **Sales and Performance Analysis**:

- Monitor sales performance and generate reports to track merchandising effectiveness.
- Adjust merchandising strategies based on sales data and market feedback.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product strategies.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce team to ensure online merchandising aligns with in-store strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in fashion merchandising or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry and market trends.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of style and aesthetics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and merchandising software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with international markets and global fashion trends.
- Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics.

Pay: ₹25,426.49 - ₹40,398.96 per month
