Job Title:

- Senior Fashion Merchandiser

Job Summary

Lead the merchandising strategy to drive sales growth, profitability, and brand positioning in the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Development: Collaborate with design teams to create commercially viable products.

2. Range Planning: Develop and manage product ranges, considering trends, customer insights, and sales data.

3. Buying and Sourcing: Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, price, and delivery.

4. Inventory Management: Analyze sales data to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.

5. Visual Merchandising: Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance brand image.

6. Team Management: Lead and mentor junior merchandising teams.

**Requirements**:
1. 5+ years of fashion merchandising experience.

2. Strong knowledge of fashion trends, customer behavior, and market analysis.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

4. Proficiency in merchandising software and Excel.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
