**FASHION MERCHANDISER- EXPORT MARKET**

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Fashion Merchandiser to join

our team. The Fashion Merchandiser will be responsible for developing, planning

and executing merchandise strategies to drive sales and profitability. The ideal

for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop merchandise plans and assortments for each season based on sales

data and market trends
- Collaborate with designers, buyers, and other teams to ensure that products

meet customer needs and preferences
- Analyze sales performance and make recommendations for product

development and inventory management
- Create visual merchandising displays that showcase products effectively and

attractively
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is maintained at optimal

levels
- Work with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules,

and other terms
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify new

product opportunities
- Develop marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and customer

engagement
- Monitor and report on sales performance and inventory levels to senior

management
- Keep up to date with industry trends and innovations to ensure that the

company stays competitive

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in fashion merchandising or retail management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
- Knowledge of fashion industry trends and consumer behavior
- Creative flair and ability to think outside the box
