**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design Responsibilities_:

- Develop and conceptualize new fashion collections, ensuring that designs are aligned with brand vision and market trends.
- Create detailed sketches, mood boards, and technical packs for production.
- Select fabrics, colors, and trims to bring designs to life, while staying within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with the design team to refine collection concepts and ensure consistency across product lines.
- Work closely with pattern makers and garment constructors to ensure designs are accurately translated into final products.
- Merchandising Responsibilities_:

- Manage the end-to-end merchandising process, from planning and sourcing materials to ensuring timely production and delivery.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to ensure the product assortment meets customer demand and aligns with the brand's strategy.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in product selection for seasonal collections to maximize profitability.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fashion design.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and trends.
- Excellent sketchinG.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
- Knowledge of fashion industry trends, customer preferences, and retail market dynamics.
