**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to develop strategic merchandising plans.
- Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure product quality and brand consistency.
- Design and curate fashion collections that appeal to target audiences.
- Manage inventory, pricing strategies, and retail operations for maximum profitability.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop compelling campaigns and promotions.
- Negotiate with vendors and oversee production timelines.
- Monitor competitor activities and conduct fashion forecasts to stay ahead in the market.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum of 2 years of experience** in fashion merchandising and designing.
- Degree or certification in **Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field**.
- Strong understanding of **fabric selection, garment construction, and design principles**.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and fashion design software** is a plus.
