**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in ethnic wear merchandising and production management.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and design processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- 3+ Years’ experience in merchandising
- **Bachelor's Degree**in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Fashion Merchandising, Apparel
