Key Responsibilities:
**Product Management**:

- Assist in the development and management of product assortments.
- Help with the creation and maintenance of product records and pricing.
- Coordinate product samples and organize sample rooms.
- **Sales Analysis**:

- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for the merchandising team.
- Monitor inventory levels and suggest reorders or markdowns.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the buying team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Liaise with the marketing team to support promotional activities and product launches.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure efficient product flow.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and update merchandising documents and databases.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
- Support the merchandising team in various ad-hoc projects and tasks.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in retail or merchandising is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
