We are looking for _**JEWELLERY MERCHANDISER**_ for Gainful Gems and Jewels.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the jewelry product range to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- **Order Management**: Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations. Ensure all inquiries are handled efficiently and accurately.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the merchandising, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and promotional efforts.
- **Training and Development**: Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries for future reference.
- **Skills**:_
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of jewelry products and trends.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or merchandising, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- **Ability to commute/relocate**:_
- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
