Jewellery Merchandiser

We are looking for **JEWELLERY MERCHANDISER** for Gainful Gems and Jewels.

The company is looking for jewellery merchandiser with knowledge & experience in jewellery design & production processes for managing and coordinating with cross functional teams. Also efficiently & timely communicate with customers and address their requirements.

**Responsibility**:

- Coordinate with design team to understand design concepts and prepare proposals.
- Review designs, prices, CADs, models and samples to ensure they are as per client specification and of requirements.
- Plan and organise various customers project and follow up with associated teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Research new concepts and assist in new development for trade shows or proposals to existing clients.
- To prepare role out plan (collection launch) for at least 3 month prior.
- To take approval from management and internal team if any changes are required in the plan.
- To share the role launch plant with M.D.
- Follow up with Sales person for requirement till commercial order received. Managing Product Department Leading & supervising a team of design.
- Designing Statement Jewellery: Create high-end and statement jewellery designs that resonate with target audiences and align with market trends.
- B2B communication
- Retaining clients, providing back end support
- Ability to develop maintain positive working relationship with client
- Follow up with incoming leads
- Mastered generating new Customers from the market and retaining them for business Development.
- Involved in reviewing & approving Sales Deals by all sales associates.
- Instrumental in Identifying new streams for business growth

**Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive products. Use insights to guide product selection and pricing strategies.

**Sales Forecasting**: Predict future sales to inform production and purchasing decisions, ensuring the right products are available at the right time.

**Pricing Strategy**: Develop and implement pricing strategies that balance profitability with customer demand. Regularly review and adjust pricing based on market conditions.

**Product Display**: Ensure that Jewellery is displayed attractively and effectively in retail environments and online platforms. Work with visual merchandisers to create appealing displays.

**Customer Feedback**: Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product improvements, new product development, and overall merchandising strategies.

**Skills:

- **
- Previous experience in jewelry design and knowledge of production processes and varied techniques prevalent in the industry.
- Should have an eye for details related to design aesthetics, quality, manufacturing feasibility and economic viability.
- Previous experience in merchandising, preferably within the jewellery industry.
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and retail strategies.
- Proficiency in merchandising software and tools.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative flair for product presentation and display.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Qualifications:

- **
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel along with ability to organize and analyse various projects for timely follow.

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Total work: 7 years (preferred)
- Jewellery Merchandiser : 5 years (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
