Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients in the stone industry.
Manage customer inquiries, orders, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Utilize CRM software to organize and streamline customer interactions and data.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of strategies.
Prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel and Google Sheets to communicate key metrics and findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience and satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM roles within the stone industry, preferably dealing with overseas markets.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Located in or willing to relocate to Jaipur, with the ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
