Inside Sales Representative

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Engage with potential clients via phone calls and WhatsApp to schedule meetings with our Principal Architect.
2. Understand client requirements related to construction, real estate, or interiors and relay them effectively to the Principal Architect.
3. Maintain and update client interactions, leads, and meeting schedules in the CRM system.
4. Follow up with leads to ensure timely responses and confirmed meeting attendance.
5.Provide basic information about our services, processes, and timelines to prospective clients.
6.Collaborate with the Principal Architect to refine engagement strategies and enhance lead conversion.
**Skills Required**:
1. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build trust over calls and WhatsApp.
2. Experience in the construction, real estate, or interior design industry is mandatory.
3. Proficiency in CRM tools for managing leads and tracking client interactions.
4. Goal-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality leads and scheduling productive meetings.
5. Prior experience in inside sales or client engagement is preferred.
**Note: The role is client-focused, ensuring seamless communication and effective scheduling with our Principal Architect**
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
