**Job Role: B2B Inside Sales Executive**
We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic **Sales Executive** to join our sales team. If you love connecting with people, explaining value propositions, and converting leads into long-term clients — this role is for you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate new B2B leads through cold calling and follow-up on inbound inquiries
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions
- Route qualified opportunities to senior sales executives for closures
- Independently close smaller deals and support team in achieving revenue goals
- Maintain and update CRM with lead activity and pipeline data
- Research target industries and identify key decision-makers
- Schedule product demos and coordinate with the technical team
- Collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to build a strong pipeline
**Who We're Looking For**:
- Interest in inside sales and B2B client communication
- Excellent phone, listening, and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to handle multiple conversations and manage time efficiently
- Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM is a plus
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Experience: Freshers
**Job Details**:

- **Shift**: Day shift
- **Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month
- **Incentives**: Performance-based bonus
- **Location**: JP Nagar, Bengaluru
