**Position**:
A _**Client Services Coordinator **_would be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, handling client inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining client records and ensuring data accuracy.
- Resolving client issues and complaints in a professional manner.
- Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure client needs are met.
- Processing client orders and managing client accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-focused attitude and a desire to go above and beyond for clients.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with relevant computer programs and software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is **preferred** but **not required.**

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
