**Job Overview**:
We are hiring Client Servicing professionals to join our event management team. The role involves handling client interactions, understanding event requirements, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of events as per client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle client leads, briefings, and meetings
- Understand client needs and present creative event ideas and proposals
- Coordinate with internal departments for quotations and project execution
- Maintain client and vendor relationships
- Ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction
- Stay updated on event trends and industry developments

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Creative and problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge of event management or client servicing preferred
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
