**1.** **JOB PURPOSE**:

- A client servicing assistant supports the client servicing executive by providing creative suggestions, answering questions of clients, and responding to the concerns.

**2. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist client servicing executives in all client meetings
- Making notes, taking information from clients during meetings and updating the same on the software/sheets used by the company
- Handling all customer queries and questions
- Providing the appropriate service and information or referring clients to another department
- Maintaining an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by entering and updating client information
- Assist in developing relevant presentation and quotation
- Adhering to a company’s policies and procedures at all times when assisting customers
- Making sure that the customer's experience is a positive one
- Continuous follow up on event execution as per the client’s vision
- Communicating with other departments and stakeholders
- Maintaining good relationship with stake holders
- Strictly following the set of SOP’s proposed by company for Client service executive
- Reporting to top management
- Any other work given by top management

**3. COMMUNICATIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS**:
**Internal**: Team Members, Head of department, Founder etc.

**External**:Clients ,Vendors, Venue, Artist etc.

**4.** **KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB**

**Education**

Graduation - BBA, B.Com, etc..

**Experience**

6 months or 1 Year

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
