- Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure excellent service delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements on time
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare reports, client updates, and maintain documentation
- Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and escalate when needed
- Assist with follow-ups, onboarding, and support processes
- 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, or customer support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken & written)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
