Job Title: Client Servicing Executive

Location: Dumas Road, Vesu, Surat

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience: 2–3 years (Preferred in weddings, luxury events, or hospitality)

Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend leads from various venues and take detailed client briefings.
  • Initiate and schedule the first meeting with potential clients.
  • Present company profile and portfolio; understand and evaluate client requirements.
  • Brainstorm and research event themes and trends tailored to the client's needs.
  • Prepare customized presentations and proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal quotation team and HOD to create client budgets and quotes.
  • Finalize budget, theme, and requirements with client; ensure clarity and mutual agreement.
  • Source artists/vendors when required and share quotations.
  • Delegate project details to the operations/project head with clear communication.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Assist in event planning while monitoring budget and quality standards.
  • Ensure events are executed in line with client vision.
  • Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adhere strictly to the company's SOPs and reporting processes.
  • Report directly to top management and assist in special assignments as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduation or MBA in Management (Preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in client servicing or event management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • High attention to detail with a creative mindset
  • Knowledge of current market trends in event themes, décor, and client preferences
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Technical knowledge related to events is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
