
Client Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Welcome clients warmly, assist them during their clinic visits, and ensure an exceptional service experience from entry to exit.
- Appointment Management: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client appointments via phone, WhatsApp, and CRM systems.
- Follow-ups: Call and message clients post-treatment to check on their progress, satisfaction, and guide them on next steps.
- Treatment Coordination: Help clients understand their treatment plans, packages, and promotions under the guidance of the doctor or counselor.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate client records, treatment histories, and notes in the company’s CRM system.
- Cross-team Coordination: Act as a bridge between clients, doctors, therapists, and the front desk team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Handle client queries, minor grievances, and escalate concerns to the management team if required.
- Support Sales Goals: Encourage client loyalty, repeat bookings, and referrals through professional relationship management.
- Event & Campaign Support: Assist with small client events, promotional campaigns, and special offers when needed.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong communication skills — friendly, clear, and professional.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Empathetic listener and proactive problem-solver.
- Comfortable working with CRM software, WhatsApp Business, and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduation in any field (Healthcare, Hospitality, or Business background preferred).
- 1-3 years experience in client-facing roles like front office, customer care, patient coordination, etc.
- Prior experience in a wellness, aesthetic, healthcare, or salon industry will be a strong advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,386.70 per month
