**Product and Service Explanation**:

- Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our IT products and services to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver product presentations and demos to prospects, clients, and internal teams.
- Prepare product-related content, including technical documents, presentations, blog posts, and whitepapers, ensuring they align with the needs of the target audience.
- **Product Demos**:

- Lead live product demonstrations for prospects and clients, showcasing the value of our IT solutions and answering any questions that arise.
- Customize product demos to address the specific pain points and needs of potential clients.
- Ensure the demos are compelling and highlight how our products solve problems and provide tangible business value.
- **Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition**:

- Design and implement campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive customer acquisition.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and increase conversion rates.
- **Communicate with the Client**:

- Keep the client informed throughout the investigation process, especially if there’s any delay.
- Be transparent about the steps you are taking and the timeline for resolution
- **Client Interaction & Relationship Management**:

- Act as a point of contact for clients regarding project status, service inquiries, and feedback.
- Handle client requests, ensuring they are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the team in nurturing client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- **Sales Support & Coordination**:

- Provide administrative support to the assisting with proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Schedule client meetings, follow-ups, and presentations for the sales team.
- Ensure that the sales team has all the necessary resources and documentation to close deals efficiently.

Pay: ₹12,050.48 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Yearly bonus
