**Location**: Surat, Gujarat

**Role**: Full-Time

**Salary**: 27k and based on experience

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Client Onboarding**: Handle Facebook and Shopify account setup, including pixel connection and asset allocation to Performance Marketers and Media Buyers.
- **Daily Client Communication**: Conduct daily calls with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
- **Internal Coordination**: Communicate client updates and requirements to Project Managers and Performance Marketers.
- **Training**: Provide Basecamp training to clients for smooth collaboration.
- **Project Monitoring**: Ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables by coordinating with internal teams.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and share regular reports with clients on campaign performance and project updates.

**We’re Looking For**:

- 1-2 years of experience in client coordination, account management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of Facebook Ads, Shopify, and pixel setup.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Basecamp is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
