Job Description: Client Service Manager

Location: ALTHAN,SURAT

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary Range: 30,000/- TO 35,000/-

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Client Service Manager to be the bridge between our clients and internal teams. This role requires a proactive professional who can understand client needs, ensure seamless execution, and deliver exceptional service experiences. You will play a critical role in building long-term client relationships, driving satisfaction, and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in client strategic planning processes to align business goals with client expectations.
  • Convert, compose, and confer client requirements into actionable plans for internal teams.
  • Direct cross-functional departments to deliver outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Coordinate effectively between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Handle client issues with professionalism, ownership, and resolution-driven approaches.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
  • Compile and maintain client-specific reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.
  • Draft and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MoM), ensuring timely follow-ups and task completion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing regular updates, reviews, and support.
  • Support leadership with insights and reports on client engagement and satisfaction trends.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot), and report generation.

  • Experience managing B2B and B2C clients.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-first environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
