As part of our growing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients are continuously engaged, supported, and satisfied with their travel inquiries and services. We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Telecaller to join our team and help us keep our clients informed and their queries up to date.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Follow-Up**: Reach out to existing and potential clients to follow up on ongoing travel queries and ensure all their concerns and questions are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- **Query Management**: Keep track of customer inquiries, providing clear and accurate information while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- **CRM Updates**: Enter and update client details and interactions in the CRM system. Ensure all customer information is accurately recorded, and queries are tracked through to resolution.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a strong understanding of our services, packages, and promotions to answer client questions effectively and provide tailored recommendations.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional support and ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently.
- **Reporting**: Report to the management team with feedback from clients, including any concerns or suggestions for improving our services.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with CRM software is a plus)
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred
- Knowledge of the travel industry is an advantage but not required
