We have an opening for the post of Customer care Executive in Jewellery Business.
- We are in the Business of Diamond Jewellery Retailing.
- Handle day to day inbound and outbound calls and record the same.
- Handle the Website Chat Portal, Whatsapp Support and Phone Support.
- Handle customer queries gently and politely in a professional manner.
- Should have good communication skills, can able to talk in English fluently.
- Having a good command of Excel and Word to maintain MIS reports.
- Able to work under fast pace work culture.
- Education: Graduate (preferred)
- Experience:

- Customer support: 2 year (Jewellery Industry Preferred)
- Language:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
- Gujarati

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
