Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused **Customer Service Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring that all inquiries, complaints, and service requests related to air conditioner maintenance and repair are handled professionally and efficiently.
**Customer Interaction**:
- Address customer complaints and provide solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
**Service Coordination**:
- Schedule maintenance, repair, and installation services based on customer requirements and technician availability.
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure service delivery timelines are met.
**Data Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions using the company’s CRM system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions and feedback.
**Problem Resolution**:
- Coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and other teams to resolve technical issues.
- Provide updates to customers regarding ongoing service requests.
**Customer Satisfaction**:
- Ensure a positive customer experience by understanding customer needs and exceeding expectations.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance service quality.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
