Customer Chat Process (International)

**International Experience: 1 year (mandatory)**

CTC:
L1: 18,000 - 20,000 Per month

L2: Rs, 4,30,000 Per Annum

L3: Rs. 5,20,000 Per Annum

2 way cab facilities provided.

5 days working and 2 days rotational off

15 days notice period will be considered

**Pre-requisites**:
**Profile / Designation: Senior Customer Service Associate / Executive (Level 2 / 3)**

**Skills Required: (Level 2)**
- Fluent and Good / Great command on 'Written" and spoken English
- Relevant experience of having worked in an international contact center with 12 months
- Versant score of 55 + at hiring stage
- Typing speed of 30 - 35 wpm with accuracy of 90% +
- Weekend + 24 / 7 shift model + split weekly off working module
- Should be able to deliver 8 hours of productive login hours daily with 3 chat concurrency
- Good Analytical, logical, and reasoning skills is a must
- Must have basic skills with usage of MS word and MS excel
- Must be able to handle stress and work under pressure of SLAs

**Skills Required: (Level 3)**
- Fluent and Good / Great command on 'Written" and spoken English
- Relevant experience of having worked in an international contact center with 18 months
- Versant score 0f 60 + at hiring stage
- Typing speed of 35- 40 wpm with accuracy of 93% +
- Weekend + 24 / 7 shift model + split weekly off working module
- Should be able to deliver 8 hours of productive login hours daily with 3 chat concurrency
- Good Analytical, logical, and reasoning skills is a must
- Must have basic skills with usage of MS word and MS excel
- Must be able to handle stress and work under pressure of SLAs
- Processing tasks assigned as per defined process SLA and providing resolutions within the timelines.
- Meeting individual KRAs through productivity, accuracy, product knowledge, and schedule adherence
- Understanding client requirement and resolving queries through chats.
- Adhering to company compliances and policies

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹520,000.00 per year
