**How would your role at Navi Look Like?**
- Managing live chats with customers about personal loans
- Give customers accurate info about our products, services, and company policies to assist
effectively.
- Assist customers in multiple languages, ensuring they receive the same level of service regardless
of the language they communicate in.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during customer interactions.
- Escalating to relevant team(s) internally and/or externally
- You will sometimes call customers to address their concerns and follow up on their issues.
**What are some of the good to have skills for this role?**
- Previous customer support experience, especially in a chat-based environment, is preferred.
- Exceptional grammar, communication skills & typing including speed and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and
efficiency
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work in rotational shifts.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Outbound calling experience is a plus.
- Languages Known: English with Hindi/Telugu/Malayalam
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
