Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing a welcoming experience for visitors. Key responsibilities include answering and directing calls, handling clerical tasks, maintaining records, and assisting visitors with inquiries while upholding professional phone and reception etiquette. Additionally, the Receptionist will foster strong customer service interactions through effective communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills to manage front desk operations effectively
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for assisting with calls and visitor interactions
- Experience in providing excellent Customer Service to ensure satisfaction and build positive relationships
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or relevant areas preferred
