**Job Summary**:
We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our Chat Process team. As a Chat Process

Executive, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support through online chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and professionally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage in real-time chat conversations with customers to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues.
- Offer product and service information to customers and help them make informed decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve the overall customer support experience.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues effectively.

**Shift**: US Shift, Work from Office

**Days of Work**: 5 days a week with 2 rotational days off

**Immediate Joiner Required**

**Transportation**: 2-way Cab Service Provided

**Documents Required**:

- Updated Resume
- Aadhar Card
- PAN Card
- Educational Documents
- Offer Letter (if applicable)
- Relieving Letter from Previous Companies (if applicable)
- Last Three Months' Payslips from Previous Employers
- Bank Statements for all the companies mentioned in the resume (mandatory)
- Current Address Proof (Electricity Bill, Rental Agreement, Gas Bill, PG Receipt, etc.)
- Four Passport Size Photographs
- Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate
- Language Proficiency: Excellent communication in English
- Work Shift: Ability to work in US shifts
- Immediate Joiner: Should be available to start work promptly

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
