### **About the Role**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Vendor Onboarding Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, filtering, and onboarding vendors as Business Partners, ensuring they align with our company’s standards and requirements.
### **Key Responsibilities**

1. **Vendor Sourcing**:

- Identify and source potential vendors through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Research and expand the vendor database to meet organizational needs.

2. **Vendor Screening & Evaluation**:

- Assess vendor profiles to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements.
- Conduct initial discussions to understand vendor capabilities and alignment with business needs.

3. **Onboarding Vendors**:

- Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation, agreement signing, and verification.
- Ensure smooth onboarding while adhering to company policies and processes.

4. **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to foster long-term partnerships.
- Act as a point of contact for vendor-related queries during onboarding.

5. **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of vendor agreements, required documents, and onboarding progress.
- Prepare regular reports on vendor onboarding status and performance.
### **Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- 0-2 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or related roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
