The candidate will assist in onboarding, training, and supporting franchise partners on platforms like Petpooja POS, Swiggy, and Zomato. The role requires daily coordination with internal teams and franchisees to ensure seamless operations and issue resolution.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Support new outlet onboarding ( Swiggy, Zomato)

· Conduct basic training sessions for new franchise owners/staff

· Record and report all onboarding activities

· Assist in documentation collection and verification

· Track issue tickets and follow up with tech/support teams

· Provide first-level resolution support to franchises

· Communicate daily updates to FSDM seniors

Skills & Qualifications:

· Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any field (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, Hospitality, or related)

· Strong understanding of: Customer service and basic business operations

· Excellent communication in: English, Hindi, Marathi

· Interpersonal Skills: Presentation Skills, Conflicts Handling, and Negotiation Skills

· Other Skills: Drafting Skills

· Familiarity with software tools: MS Office, Google Sheets, Petpooja basics, Swiggy/Zomato Partner apps ,MS Outlook,ERP
