Responsibilities:

  1. Onboarding & Induction

  2. Coordinate pre-boarding activities, including offer letter issuance, background verification, and document collection.

  3. Plan and execute structured onboarding programs for new employees.
  4. Conduct orientation sessions introducing company culture, policies, and processes.
  5. Ensure all tools, system access, and workspace setups are ready before the joining date.

  6. Gather feedback from new hires to improve the onboarding experience continuously.

  7. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Support

  8. Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.

  9. Support payroll documentation, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
  10. Assist with exit formalities and offboarding documentation when required.

  11. Manage HR documentation (employment contracts, NDAs, confirmation letters, etc.).

  12. Employee Engagement

  13. Plan and execute engagement activities, team events, celebrations, and recognition programs.

  14. Support internal communication initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

  15. Collaborate with department heads to ensure team integration and engagement post-onboarding.

  16. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  17. Ensure all HR processes comply with legal and organizational standards.

  18. Assist in policy communication and grievance handling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, or employee engagement.
  • Experience in IT/software industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
  • Empathetic, approachable, and solution-oriented mindset.
