Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, ensuring country compliance is met, and creating an exceptional employee experience.
Maintain onboarding trackers with timely updates, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the onboarding process.
Attend sunset and sunrise calls daily with team lead to ensure blockers are discussed and resolution is found, promoting effective collaboration and issue resolution.
Follow up with members closely to ensure they submit all documents on time, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and minimizing delays.
Ensure verification and background check of the members are properly done before activation, ensuring the privacy and security of sensitive employee information.
Internal stakeholder coordination throughout the entire onboarding process, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.
Ensure any query from internal/external stakeholders are addressed in minimum possible business hours, promoting a responsive and customer-centric approach.
