Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Junior Amazon Ads Specialist. The individual will manage Amazon advertising campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness. Responsibilities include conducting keyword research, designing ad creatives, analyzing data to improve ROI, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Amazon's advertising ecosystem. The Specialist will collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with the company's goals and client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Amazon Ads management, keyword research, and campaign optimization
  • Proficiency in data analysis, performance reporting, and ROI assessment
  • Ability to work with tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques such as SEO and content strategy
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • Experience in e-commerce advertising or related fields is a plus
