Role Description

The Training & Onboarding Specialist in this full-time, on-site role based in Pune will be responsible for designing and facilitating training programs to onboard new employees. The role includes conducting training sessions, developing instructional materials, evaluating trainee progress, and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align training content with the organization's competencies and goals while providing ongoing support to employees throughout the onboarding process.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with trainees and team members.
  • Experience in Training & Development and expertise in delivering effective training programs.
  • Knowledge of Instructional Design to create engaging and impactful learning materials.
  • Customer Service skills to address trainee queries and provide support during onboarding.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharma, Healthcare, Training Background related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in conducting training sessions or onboarding processes is a plus.
