Pre-Onboarding

  • Coordinate pre-joining activities including documentation, background checks, and system access.
  • Ensure employment contracts, offer letters, and compliance documents are completed accurately and on time.
  • Communicate joining details, induction schedules, and expectations to new hires.

Onboarding & Induction

  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct new hire orientation and induction programs (in-person and virtual).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new joiners during their onboarding period.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Facilities, and business stakeholders to ensure readiness on Day 1.
  • Ensure workstations, system access, tools, and credentials are in place.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with hiring managers to align onboarding plans with role requirements.
  • Track manager onboarding responsibilities such as training plans, buddy allocation, and role introductions.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure onboarding milestones are completed.

Employee Experience

  • Provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, company culture, and processes.
  • Address onboarding-related queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct onboarding feedback surveys and analyze insights to improve processes.

Process & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
  • Ensure onboarding processes comply with internal policies and labor regulations.
  • Prepare onboarding reports and metrics (joining status, completion rates, feedback scores).

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify gaps and opportunities to enhance onboarding programs.
  • Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and employer branding.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in HR onboarding, HR operations, or employee lifecycle management.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple new hires simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools.
  • Stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
