Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Pune. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the hiring and recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure effective talent acquisition. Additional responsibilities will include coordinating training programs for new hires and enhancing overall recruitment strategies to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage with candidates and internal teams
  • Experience in Training and onboarding new hires
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage recruitment processes end-to-end
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in recruitment roles is advantageous
  • Proactive approach and ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
