Onboarding Analyst

Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding procedures, including documentation, background verification, and compliance.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Admin, Payroll, and Business Units to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Guide new joiners, address their concerns, and maintain strong written and verbal communication.
- Conduct onboarding sessions, orientations, and training programs.
- Handle escalations related to documentation, background verification, system access, and other onboarding challenges.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, employment laws, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate onboarding records, MIS, and audit documentation.
- Manage onboarding-related projects such as process enhancements, system upgrades, automation, and ad-hoc assignments.
- Guide new joiners across designation levels and ensure consistency within the team.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong understanding of onboarding procedures, compliance, and background verification.
- Proficiency in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros to track onboarding progress and analyze trends.
- Ability to identify gaps and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills to improve the onboarding experience.
- Ability to conduct engaging onboarding sessions and training.
- Ability to mentor and support new joiners while driving team performance.
