Hiring: Senior Associate Client Onboarding / Contract Administration
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST
Key Requirement:
- Candidate must be from Investment Banking background
- Strong knowledge of FX / OTC products and legal documentation (ISDA/CSA)
Experience: Minimum 7+ years in:
- Client Onboarding / Contract Management within Securities / Financial Services / Investment Banking
- Hands-on experience with Markets products and contracts (ISDAs, Trading, Securities Lending)
- Prior exposure to Legal, Credit, Transition, and Sales teams preferred
- Contract administration, document management, and regulatory compliance
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage full contract lifecycle: onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding of clients & contracts
- Facilitate contract execution, document scanning, client & document data capture, contract uploads
- Ensure timely response to client requests and query management
- Implement controls to minimize operational and information risks
- Act as an escalation point for complex contract issues and queries
- Drive process improvement, technology adoption, and workflow automation (EOP platform)
- Contribute to SOPs, controls, and playbooks for contract management
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and business standards
- May support legal negotiation/document review as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of relevant work experience (Client Onboarding / Contract Admin / Financial Services)
- Prior experience with ISDAs, Trading & Securities Lending contracts mandatory
- Contract Administration, Client Onboarding, Financial Services, and Legal experience preferred
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
