OOTBO is a cutting-edge event planning platform that seamlessly connects hosts with trusted vendors to simplify household event planning. We are on a mission to revolutionize the global events market through innovation, AI, and seamless user experience.
**Role Overview**
We are seeking a Sales Executive to manage and grow relationships with hosts and vendors. You will be responsible for onboarding, engagement, and driving successful event execution by ensuring both parties have a seamless experience on our platform.
**Key Responsibilities**
Vendor & Host Onboarding: Reach out to potential vendors and event hosts, explain OOTBO’s value proposition, and assist with onboarding.
Sales & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential hosts and vendors through direct outreach, cold calls, and referrals.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with hosts and vendors to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
Event Coordination: Act as a liaison between vendors and hosts, ensuring smooth event execution and resolving any issues proactively.
Target Achievement: Meet monthly sales and engagement targets for vendor sign-ups and event bookings.
**Qualifications & Skills**
1-2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or account management (preferably in events, hospitality, or marketplaces).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
Comfortable using CRM tools and sales tracking software.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
