Vendor Coordinator

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Last Mile Delivery Management**: - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient last mile delivery of network services to end customers. - Monitor delivery schedules, track progress, and proactively address any delays or obstacles that could impact project timelines.
**2. Customer and Vendor Coordination**: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding project updates, requirements, and issue resolution. - Facilitate effective communication between customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
**3. Project Tracking and Reporting**: - Establish and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation. - Regularly update and maintain project tracking tools to ensure accurate reporting of project status, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
**4. Timely Delivery Assurance**: - Implement strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. - Identify potential bottlenecks or challenges and work collaboratively to mitigate risks to project timelines.
**5. Stakeholder Communication**: - Communicate project progress, updates, and potential issues to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, vendors, and internal teams. - Provide clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
**6. Quality Control and Assurance**: - Ensure that all project deliverables meet defined quality standards and specifications. - Coordinate with technical teams to conduct quality checks and testing where necessary.

- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of network services, last-mile delivery, and ISP operations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- Experience (1+ years) as a Project Coordinator or similar role within the Telecom and ISP industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers effectively, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in project management and tracking and reporting.
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles that may arise during project execution.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
- Hands-on experience with project management and delivery
- Qualifications: Graduates/ Postgraduates
- Experience: 1 to 3 Years

- Technical educational background - Graduation
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
