**Job Title**: Sales Executive (Field Work)

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven **Sales Executive** to join our team at **Nexera Textiles**. This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for meeting clients, converting leads into successful sales, and closing deals to drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Visit potential clients to showcase our têxtile solutions and products.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into sales by understanding client needs.
- Present product samples, explain services, and provide quotations.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of client interactions and report on sales activities.
- Work closely with the internal team for order fulfillment and client support.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client demands.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the têxtile or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Ability to travel extensively for client meetings.
- Good understanding of têxtile products (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any field.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
